The Orange Tree Group is a small independent leisure company operating 8 venues across the East Midlands. Created in 1997 by its 2 current owners, the Company has grown organically and now has a broad portfolio of venues ranging from casual dining restaurants, gastro pubs, late night bars and clubs.
Basic salary circa £27,000 per annum
Bonus potential of up to £10,000 per annum based on target driven revenue increases

As the Sales and Marketing Manager your key focus is to drive footfall into our venues and to increase revenue across the group. You will have the responsibility for the creation and execution of the marketing plans of each venue and deliver those plans on time and within budget.
Working closely with suppliers, brands and associated partners to build mutually beneficial revenue
Managing and closely working with the full time Marketing Assistant and the managerial teams within the venues.
Monitoring and evaluating performance of agreed promotional activity within the group.
Overseeing and implementing agreed marketing and sales initiatives to achieve maximum return.
Increasing customer retention by encouraging repeat visits and improving spend per head whilst in our venues.
Identifying external opportunities and potential new markets to drive footfall into our venues by good interface and networking.
To control all forms of communication of our products and services offered by our venues including web sites, social media, pr, advertising, print and design.
At least 2 years previous experience in a sales and marketing role preferably within the restaurant, bar or hotel industry. Proven track record in event and private hire booking is also desired.
Proven track record demonstrating your ability to identify and execute sales based initiatives with existing and new customers.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with all potential markets whilst representing the venues and company with the reputation of delivering the highest of standards.
