Ultra seasonal menus at the tree

Our May menu is out now!

Our lovely head chef Chris and his team (yes there they are looking mean and brooding) are focusing on locally produced food & ingredients, with bread from Basford bakery Bake Off and Pie, mixed leaf salads from farmer John McDonald based just outside Nottingham at Woodborough, and meat from Leicestershire-based family butchers Mark Patrick.

As if that wasn’t enough, our new smaller menu features (as well as your favourites) lots of really seasonal dishes – so, come down this month and you can try our Thai green curried mussels with noodles, pickled chilli, bok choi, sesame & homemade coriander flat bread. Or how about our Primavera risotto, with spring peas, broad beans, rocket & asparagus? Spring has sprung!
